Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the research and development, and improvement of coating products (automotive coatings, UV coatings, dual-cure coatings, automotive interior and exterior coatings);

2. Participate in coating formulation design and testing;

3. Responsible for quality control and problem-solving during the coating production process;

4. Participate in on-site customer sample matching work.

 

Job Requirements

1. Possess relevant knowledge and skills in coating research and development;

2. Possess good experimental operation capabilities and problem-solving skills;

3. Possess a team spirit and be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with other departments;

4. Bachelor's degree or above, 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience, under 40 years old
